Refund Policy

This policy explains how QR Studio Pro refund requests are handled. Last updated May 5, 2026.

1. Overview

QR Studio Pro is intended as a one-time purchase that unlocks professional export and productivity features. We want customers to have a clear path if something is not working as expected.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase when the request is reasonable, the license has not been misused, and the issue cannot be resolved through support.

3. Eligible Reasons

Eligible refund reasons may include accidental duplicate purchases, inability to activate Pro after reasonable troubleshooting, or a technical issue that prevents QR Studio from working on a supported device.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be declined for purchases outside the refund window, misuse of a license key, requests based on unsupported devices or operating systems, or cases where exported QR codes and Pro features have already been used for completed commercial work.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact LV Branding LLC with your purchase email, order number if available, device operating system, and a short explanation of the issue. If payment is handled by a third-party checkout provider, the final refund may be processed through that provider.

6. License Deactivation

If a refund is approved, the related QR Studio Pro license may be deactivated and Pro features may no longer be available.
