Terms of Service

QR Studio by LV Branding LLC is an offline-friendly desktop application for creating static QR codes. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using QR Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you purchase QR Studio Pro through Paddle, Paddle may act as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for that transaction. Paddle checkout purchases are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which apply between you and Paddle. These Terms of Service govern your use of QR Studio as the product supplied by LV Branding LLC.

"Buyer" means the person or business purchasing or using QR Studio. "LV Branding LLC," "we," "us," and "our" mean the supplier of QR Studio. "Product" means QR Studio, QR Studio Pro, license keys, updates, documentation, and related product materials. "Paddle" means the Paddle entity identified during checkout or in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

When you complete a paid QR Studio Pro transaction through Paddle, Paddle is responsible for collecting the charges presented at checkout, including applicable taxes where required. Paddle may send transaction confirmations, receipts, payment notices, and other purchase-related communications to the email address you provide.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information and for ensuring Paddle emails are not blocked by spam filters. If payment authorization fails, the order may be cancelled.

LV Branding LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QR Studio for personal or commercial QR code creation. QR Studio Free may be used for basic QR generation. QR Studio Pro unlocks additional export and productivity tools after purchase.

You may not resell, share, lease, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse QR Studio, license keys, or related materials except where applicable law expressly allows it.

QR Studio creates static QR codes. Once exported, the encoded content cannot be changed unless you create and distribute a new QR code. You are responsible for verifying QR code content before publishing or printing it.

QR Studio Pro may be offered as a one-time purchase. A license key or activation method may be used to unlock Pro features locally. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure and may not resell, share, or distribute it without written permission from LV Branding LLC.

If technical issues prevent delivery or activation after a completed purchase, contact LV Branding LLC or Paddle support so the issue can be investigated and resolved where possible.

QR Studio Pro is currently positioned as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and, for purchases made through Paddle, Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and refund process.

If you believe a charge is incorrect or you did not receive access to QR Studio Pro after purchase, please contact support before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks that appear fraudulent, abusive, or based on a product already delivered and used may result in license suspension or deactivation while the dispute is reviewed.

Where Paddle processes your transaction, Paddle may calculate, collect, and remit applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar consumption taxes as required. Business buyers seeking tax corrections or refunds should follow Paddle's buyer support process and provide any required tax registration or exemption details.

You may not use QR Studio to create QR codes for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activity. You are responsible for the content, destination, and use of QR codes you create.

QR Studio, including its interface, branding, documentation, software, and related materials, is owned by LV Branding LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license described in these Terms of Service.

You retain responsibility for any content, logos, links, contact details, or other materials you enter into QR Studio. You represent that you have the rights needed to use those materials.

QR Studio is designed around a local desktop workflow. Information about local app data, purchases, and contact requests is described in our Privacy Policy. Paddle may process personal data related to checkout, payment, fraud prevention, tax compliance, and buyer support under its own privacy notices.

QR Studio is provided as is and as available. LV Branding LLC does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. You should test QR codes before production use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LV Branding LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of QR Studio, including printing errors, lost revenue, or campaign disruption.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

LV Branding LLC may suspend or terminate access to QR Studio Pro features if we reasonably believe a license key has been misused, a transaction is fraudulent, these terms are materially breached, or access must be restricted to comply with law or payment-provider requirements.

LV Branding LLC may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of QR Studio after updates means you accept the updated terms.
